VinciTu
VinciTu is a single-player Klondike solitaire game that keeps your progress, stats and cosmetics entirely on your own device. This page explains what the app does and does not do with your data.
VinciTu does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.
Information we collect
None. VinciTu has no accounts, no sign-in, and no registration. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or payment details. The only text you can enter is an optional display name shown on your own profile screen, and that name never leaves your device.
Data stored on your device
To make the app work, VinciTu stores the following only on your device, using the operating system's local storage:
- Your optional display name and chosen avatar (defaults to “VinciTu Player” if you never set one).
- Game progress: per-level star ratings, the highest level you have unlocked, and any in-progress game you can resume.
- Lifetime statistics: total wins and total moves played.
- Your in-game spark balance, daily-reward streak, and the day you last claimed a reward.
- Cosmetics you own and the card back and table felt you currently have selected.
- Achievements you have unlocked.
- Accessibility and gameplay preferences: colorblind mode, reduced flashing, left-handed layout, and auto-flip.
- Whether you have finished the onboarding walkthrough.
This data never leaves your device. It is not uploaded to VinciTu or to any third party. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes all of it permanently.
Permissions
VinciTu requests no runtime permissions — no camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or storage prompts will ever appear. The Android manifest declares the standard INTERNET permission, which is inherited from the app framework and left in place for future updates; the app makes no network requests of its own, so the permission goes unused in the current release.
Network use
VinciTu is fully offline. It contacts no servers, hits no endpoints, and works identically in airplane mode. There is no telemetry, no crash reporting, no remote configuration, and no advertising network. The one exception is entirely under your control: if you tap the share button, the app hands a short line of text to your device’s own share sheet so you can post it wherever you like. That text contains only the app’s name — no personal data and no statistics — and whatever you pick from the share sheet is governed by that app’s privacy policy, not ours.
Third-party services
No analytics, advertising, attribution, or crash-reporting SDKs are integrated. There are no in-app purchases and no billing library. The app is built with Flutter and uses only open-source packages for on-device storage, animation, and the system share sheet; none of them transmit your data anywhere.
Children's privacy
VinciTu is safe for all ages. Because it collects no personal information whatsoever, there is nothing to knowingly collect from a child under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK), and nothing that could be shared or sold. The app complies with COPPA and GDPR-K by the simple fact of collecting nothing.
Your rights
Because everything VinciTu stores lives only on your device, you already have full control over it. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes every item listed above; clearing the app’s storage from your system settings resets it to a fresh install. There is no server-side copy for us to look up, export, or delete, and no request you need to send us to exercise your rights.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the date at the top of this page will be revised. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
